Observations: Beach sunset post received positive community response within first hours. Brenny Chase commented with encouragement. Response delivered within 6 minutes on-brand.

Adjustments Made: Tagline corrected from “Structured Reinvention Through Systems” to “Rebuilding Through Structure, Discipline, and Opportunity.” Mission statement updated to include Deaf-led language. Weak sentence removed from mission. About page rewritten to match brand language throughout.

Measurable Outcomes: Website online. Facebook page live. First post published. First comment received and responded to correctly.

Objective: Establish Public Relations Policy for Deaf Rebuilt.

Actions Taken: Full PR policy drafted covering brand voice, founder statement, approved response scripts for 12 scenarios, comment moderation policy, four-level crisis protocol, parole compliance documentation, people and roles boundaries, and version history.

Observations: Having approved language prepared in advance removes the risk of reactive emotional responses to criticism or difficult questions.

Adjustments Made: Official founder statement finalized. Approved language for background questions documented and ready for use.

Measurable Outcomes: PR policy complete. Founder statement approved. Response scripts ready for all scenarios.
